NOTICE OF BUSINESS INTEGRATION

Effective immediately, the consulting division of Ikaron Haor, together with its related consulting businesses, has been integrated into a larger consulting company within IHG Groups and Families.

All existing clients will be contacted directly and will receive appropriate communications regarding the continuation of their current professional relationships, including the identification of the professional or team responsible for the ongoing provision of services.

Please note that Ikaron Haor Consulting will no longer accept new clients or enter into new consulting engagements.

All existing contracts, engagements, and professional commitments entered into by Ikaron Haor Consulting shall remain in full force and effect and will be fully honored through their completion by the new consulting group within IHG Groups and Families, in accordance with their existing terms, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
